IMPORTANT:
- No caffeine including coffee, decaf coffee, black teas, green teas, and cocoa products.
- You must report your weight on the designated weigh in days or you will be removed from group.
- Notify me immediately if you go off program.
- All limited items must be weighed and measured each time and used in accordance with the guidelines in chapter 8.
- You must own the book “Eat to Live” and have read Chapter 8.

Rules of the 100% of Eat to Live Challenge
Before being added to the group you need to read and agree to the following guidelines once you join. If you decide this group is not for you, let me know please and you will always be welcome to join at another time. When you join, you are on the honor system and please respect the integrity of the group. Each of you agree to follow the 6 Week Plan for Aggressive Weight Loss, Chapter 8 in Eat to Live for the duration of the challenge – No exceptions. You must have a copy of the book Eat to Live and have read Chapter 8.
- Focus on having your GBOMB’ s daily (Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Seeds and Berries.)
- No mention of any non-program food in any post. Ever for any reason.
- We love photos of your compliant meals.
- Positive comments only. This is a safe zone for motivation, encouraging and supporting each other.
- Everything in this group is confidential and nothing is to be shared outside. People are being open, honest and vulnerable and they expect everything they share to stay here.
- No negative talk about YOU – if you are about to type a negative affirmation- turn it around.
- If at any time, you choose not to follow the program, simply send me a private message and I will remove you from the group. Leaving the group without notifying me will disqualify you from future group participation.
- You are welcome to share recipes if 100% ETL ingredients and they are available on the internet. Don’ t share recipes from books without the author’s permission.
- Remember you are stronger than you know and can do anything for 1 month.
- Active engagement in the group supports success. You must post a minimum of one time per day to the Facebook Group. This means posting your own post, not just commenting.
- Each Monday, private message me your current weight.
- If you think about quitting remember why you started.
Food Guidelines for 6 Week Plan for Aggressive Weight Loss
EAT UNLIMITED: All raw vegetables (goal: 1 lb. daily) Cooked green and non-green nutrient-rich vegetables (goal: 1 lb. daily) Starchy cooked veggies limited to one cup daily as your starch choice. Beans, legumes, bean sprouts, and tofu (goal: 1 cup daily) Fresh fruits (at least 4 daily)
LIMIT THESE FOODS: 1 serving or 1 cup daily of cooked starchy vegetables or whole grains which include: butternut & acorn squash, corn, white & sweet potatoes, bread, cereal (Starchy vegetables include corn, sweet and white potatoes, butternut squash, acorn and winter squash, chestnuts, parsnips, rutabagas. turnips, water chestnuts, yams and pumpkin). Whole grains include barley, buckwheat (kasha), millet, oats, quinoa, brown rice and wild rice. 1 oz. max. daily of raw nuts and seeds (Tahini counts toward your seeds and remember very condensed. 2 oz. max. daily avocado 2 tbsp max. daily dried fruit 1 tbsp. max. ground flax-seeds (Dr. Fuhrman recommends the 1 T daily, every day.) Limited items are to be “weighed” if called for or measured each time.
When sharing your meal don’t say “some”, “a little bit”, or “a tad” share the exact amount of limited item used.
DON’T EAT: NO Dairy products, NO Animal products, No Fruit juices, NO Oils, NO Snacking between meals. NO Added salt on your foods. No Sugar or Sugar Products – Maple Syrup, Molasses, Agave, Honey etc. No Caffeine … which includes coffee, decaf coffee, black teas, green teas, and cocoa. When in doubt do your own research. Herbal teas, fruit or veggie infused waters etc. are fine. No Alcohol.
The fee is $20.
The fee if you successfully completed the previous month is $10.
